Meet Adam
Building homes has been my career for more than 20 years, and it’s something I genuinely enjoy.
Before establishing ACM Build in 2023, I spent eight years as a leading hand carpenter building custom homes, followed by another eight years as a construction supervisor delivering both custom and project homes.
Starting ACM Build gave me the opportunity to build a business around the principles I value most – collaboration, craftsmanship and trust. Today, I enjoy working closely with homeowners, architects and designers to create homes that are thoughtfully planned, well built and designed to be enjoyed for years to come.

Involved from the start
The decisions made before construction begins often have the biggest impact on the success of a project.
That’s why we like to become involved early, working alongside homeowners and architects during the planning and design stages. Drawing on years of practical building experience, we help refine construction methods, recommend suitable materials, identify potential challenges and explore cost-effective solutions before work begins.
Our role isn’t to redesign your project, it’s to help ensure it can be built efficiently, within budget and without compromising the original vision.
Your Building Journey
1. Initial Consultation
Every project begins with a conversation.
You’ll meet directly with Adam to discuss your ideas, lifestyle, budget and goals for the project. This initial consultation is about understanding what you’re hoping to achieve and ensuring we’re aligned from the very beginning.
2. Design & Planning
Whether you’re working with your own architect or engaging our design team, we’ll help turn your ideas into a practical and buildable design.
As the concept evolves, we provide advice on construction methods, materials and budgeting to ensure the project remains aligned with your vision and expectations.
Once the design is finalised, detailed construction drawings are prepared for approvals and documentation.
3. Detailed Estimate
Every project is individually assessed.
We work closely with our trusted trades and suppliers to prepare a detailed estimate based on your plans, specifications and chosen level of finish. By involving our team early, we’re able to provide accurate pricing and establish a clear construction plan before work begins.
4. Proposal & Selections
Every project is individually assessed.

5. Contracts & Pre-Construction
Once you’re ready to proceed, we’ll finalise contracts and complete all pre-construction requirements.
We’ll then introduce you to your dedicated Site Manager, who will oversee your project throughout construction and become your primary point of contact on site.
6. Construction
With planning complete, construction begins.
Throughout the build, your Site Manager will keep you informed with regular progress updates and scheduled site meetings, ensuring you remain involved and confident as your project takes shape.
7. Handover
Before handover, every aspect of your home is thoroughly inspected to ensure it meets our standards.
Once complete, we’ll walk you through your new home, provide any relevant documentation and certifications, and officially hand over the keys.
8. Ongoing Support
Our commitment doesn’t end at handover.
Every project includes a 180-day maintenance period, giving you peace of mind after moving in. And should you ever have questions down the track, we’re only a phone call away.
